Dishes Return Policy

We guarantee quality menu items that have been taste tested both when first made and when frozen, thawed, and prepared to our printed directions. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your meal, we will exchange it with a different menu item. We practice safe food handling techniques at Dishes and encourage you to do the same at your home. Most of our meals are made with pre-cooked, fresh ingredients and must be refrigerated or frozen immediately after leaving our store. Food items can not be returned.

Retail items can be returned to Dishes during normal business hours. Items accompanied with receipt can be returned for full refund. Without a receipt, items can be exchanged or a gift card issued for store credit. Used items must have a defect in order to be returned.
